It seems that Merriam-Webster has been very busy lately, especially in light of the election and the recent James Comey hearing. Every time a word was spoken that people weren’t too familiar with, the dictionary saw a spike in searches. From Braggadocious to big-league, it’s safe to say we’ve all been confused.
On Thursday, James Comey testified to the Sentate Intelligence Community and used a few special words of his own, which resulted in an insane spike on Merriam-Webster.
