Earlier today, Netflix’s The Witcher YouTube account released a new teaser trailer for The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf. Collider describes the film as an “anime origin film” that tells the story of Vesemir, mentor to Geralt of Rivia, one of the main characters from the Netflix show The Witcher as well as Andrzej Sapkowski’s Witcher book series and CD Projekt Red’s video games.

This new, action-packed trailer shows Vesemir fighting off horrifying creatures and even consuming a potion that seems to turn him into a monster as well. The trailer also features a voice-over reading from a scroll which states, “Witches are rogues without virtue, true diabolical creations, for only killing. There is no place amidst honest men for them.” Viewers also get a glimpse of the characters from the movie and the colorful landscapes and settings of the Continent.

In addition to receiving a sneak peak at this film, fans were also informed of who will be voicing the characters. Collider reports that Theo James (Divergent) will voice Vesemir for the movie, as he played a young Vesemir for the original Witcher show. Laura Pulver (Sherlock) will voice Tetra and Graham McTavish (Outlander) will voice Deglan. Finally, Mary McDonnell (Battlestar Galactica) is voicing Lady Zerbst. Lauren Schmidt Hissirch wrote the film while Kwang II Han directed.
