Yesterday was a crazy day for Marvel fans. The apparent ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ trailer leaked on TikTok over the weekend, created a frenzy of fans all wondering: wait…is this the real thing? Much to our delight, Marvel announced the official HD teaser trailer for No Way Home, and there is certainly no going back.

The trailer alludes to much of what Marvel fans had already anticipated of the third Spider-Man installment, like Dr. Strange and the aftermath of Peter Parker’s identity being leaked, as well as a cheeky appearance by an original villain. The film reunites Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, and Marisa Tomei, joining them with veterans of the previous series, Jamie Foxx and Alfred Molina. It is set for release in theaters (and possibly Disney+) on December 17. To be fair, we are all still awaiting the illusive cameos of past Spider-Men, Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield. Hopefully, that surprise won’t be leaked.

Sony Pictures was quick to block all leaks on social media, and it seems that very few people viewed the supposed trailer before Marvel officially made their release. They followed up the not-so-surprise release with a sassy tweet that called fans out for encouraging the spread of the leaked trailer. (Marvel fans: take this as a warning.)

Let us know how excited you are for ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’. And be sure to watch out for all of Bookstr’s future content on the new film!
