Marvel fans rejoice as two of your favorite superheroes will reunite on-screen in 2023. The pair played the iconic Marvel characters for over a decade, with the latest Marvel Studios installment, Black Widow, landing in homes and theaters earlier in July. Johansson and Evans were last on-screen together in 2019’s Avengers: Endgame, which, for spoiler’s sake, we will not reveal their respective character’s endings here. But also, who hasn’t seen Endgame by this point?

Ghosted will be filmed by director Dexter Fletcher, who is known for musical movie hits like Rocketman and Bohemian Rhapsody. The film’s script is written by Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese, who also penned quirky classics like the two Deadpool films and Zombieland. They pitched Ghosted to Skydance Films, and it will be released by AppleTV sometime in 2023. According to Deadline, the only other tidbit of information we have on the new film is that it is a “romantic action adventure.” To be fair, that could mean many different things.
