Bridgerton heartthrob Rege-Jean Page announced the news on social media this weekend, disclosing that he and musical guest Bad Bunny shall be hosting the 20th of February edition of SNL.
Starring as Simon Basset, the charming Duke of Hastings in Shonda Rhimes’ new Netflix period series Bridgerton, British-Zimbabwean Page has made a most divine entrance into the hearts of not only the 19th century English “ton”, but also of many peeps of this era.
While Bad Bunny appeared in a remote-production of the NBC show in its last season, the upcoming appearance will mark Page’s SNL debut.
Ever since its December kickoff, the Regency-era drama has been scoring numerous awards nominations, including best male actor in a drama series for Page from the Screen Actors Guild Awards and NAACP Image Awards.
