Turns out, hope isn’t such a dangerous thing to have when you’re waiting for more Lana Del Rey content. With all Lana’s news, it’s less hope and more anticipation of what’s to come. This month, fans can look forward to the release of her newest album, Norman Fucking Rockwell. She’s teased two tracks thus far: “How to Disappear” and “Hope is a Dangerous Thing for a Woman Like Me to Have – But I Have It,” the source material for all of the terrible puns featured in this article.
Lana has posted several previews of the upcoming poetry collection, tentatively entitled Violet Bent Backwards Over the Grass, on her Instagram:

After thirteen months, Lana has finally finished her poetry collection! No word yet on the release date, but we do have the release details: the volume will be self-published and hand-bound… for the low, low price of $1. Why? According to Lana, “because [her] thoughts are priceless.” Hard to argue with a good deal!
Oh, and bookstore owners will benefit too: Lana has offered to personally deliver copies of her collection to any “mom-and-pop” SoCal stores… so if you’ve ever dreamed of opening your own indie bookstore, now may be the time. Since the binding, distribution, editorial processes will likely take several months, we might be looking forward to some Summertime Gladness.
