President Obama Recommends This National Book Award Winner

President Obama told CNN this weekend that he recommends Redeployment by Phil Klay, a book he read while on vacation. The book is a collection of fictional short stories about the lives of soldiers on the front lines of Iraq and Afghanistan, involving both what happens to them while they are there and when they return.
