Megastar YA author, Stephenie Meyer is pulling a Rowling, and putting out her first ‘adult’ novel. It’s a crime thriller, called, The Chemist.
According to Meyer, the book is ‘the love child created from the union of my romantic sensibilities and my obsession with Jason Bourne/Aaron Cross.’ Apparently, the female protagonist will be kicking ass with her brain, rather than her brawn.

In the book, the hero’s former agency is after her for harboring dirty info on the companies illicit activity.
Sounds like a real page turner. It’s an interesting genre shift for the author, and we’re excited to see how it turns out. The book is set to be released on November 15th.
